Happy Mail

We have a new challenge at the 7kids challenge blog. It's anything goes with a twist of spring colors.  I used this cute penguin from the Happy Mail Clear Stamp Set from SugarPea Designs  .  I paper pieced the hat and mail bag to coordinate with the back ground paper.  Pretty springy don't ya think?
