Sunshine

Hello everyone, It's my turn to host the a2z scrapbooking blog today and  I’m sharing  another card I made with the June challenge of “New Beginnings” in mind.  This might be a stretch, but when I think of new beginnings I think of a sun rise and a new day so for  this  card I used the Hero Arts Basic Grey collaboration called Sunshine.
I used the butterfly stamp and created a background by stamping it with different colors.  I also used the Sunshine banner and cut it out and added it to the card. I also added the Hero Hues pearls and gems to the Hero arts cream adhesive lace for a nice added touch.
I hope you will get a chance to join our Challenge this month?  Remember: (Hero Arts Products Required)  This challenge runs though the end the month.   You have a chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the a2z Scrapbooking Store.
If you are in need of any items from the a2z Scrapbooking store  you can use code Michele15 at checkout to receive 15% off your purchase of $25 or more. Lucky Stars

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES

Hi everyone, It’s Michele popping in again this week to share another card with you. For this card I used stamps from the Hero Arts stamp set called Year Round Sentiments. I love this set because it is very versatile. You can use it for so many different things. For the Background of the card I used vellum and stamped the stars on to it to give it a subtle effect.

Magical Birthday

We have a new challenge going on today at the 7kids challenge blog.  The theme is Anything goes with a twist of vellum.
For my card I used the vellum on the clouds and the strip under the cute magicians feet.  I gold embossed the sentiment so it would stand out.  I hope you will get a chance to join us. Have a great day and happy card making :)

Unscripted Sketches #163

It’s time for our monthly PIGGYBACK CHALLENGE! If you haven’t played along with us before on a piggyback week, it is simply an additional, optional challenge. Whether or not you choose to add the piggyback challenge element to your project will in no way effect consideration for Top 3 or other prizes.
Our additional challenge this week is to use USE VELLUM. It’s often forgotten and under-used, but it’s one of the most wonderful materials to add variety to your projects

Here's my card. The Flower is stamped on vellum
the design team outdid themselves again with so many beautiful ways to use it! It’s so versatile and we’d love to see what you do with it! Whether you choose to do the piggyback challenge or not, post a link to your project at Unscripted Sketches
