a2z October 2015 Challenge

 Hi everyone today starts a new Challenge at a2z Scrapbooking. This months theme is  

"All Things Fall".  

 Since moving to Arizona I've noticed that there isn't much change between summer and fall so I thought I'd show what an Arizonian Fall looks like. LOL  I used fall colors at least.

Cell Phone Shaker Card

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share this fun cell phone shaker card with you.  I made it for my nephews birthday.  I thought It would be fun to make the cell phone screen the shaker part.  I stamped some of the images from the Hero Arts LOL CL737 Clear Stamp cell phone in different colors and cut them out and used them as the shaker pieces along with some sequins.  The sentiment comes from the Hero Arts Digital Birhtday Bash kit.

Happy Birthday shaker card

Hi everyone, I'm back from having some time off for a move. I still can't find some of my crafting stuff and my craft room is no where near done, but I couldn't take it any more, I just had to make a card.  The card I am sharing today  goes along with the a2z Scrapbooking theme for September.  We are shaking things up and making shaker cards.  I had never made one before.  It was quite fun to do.  I will definitely be making more of these!  I made this Birthday card for my niece by using   the Butterfly and Flower Hero Arts stamp and cut set and the Happy stamp and cut set.  I love each of these sets because they have the matching die cuts with them.  I wish all stamp sets came that way.  I hope you will join us for the challenge.  The winner will receive a $25 gift card to the a2z Scrapbooking Supplies store.

Sunshine

Hello everyone, It's my turn to host the a2z scrapbooking blog today and  I’m sharing  another card I made with the June challenge of “New Beginnings” in mind.  This might be a stretch, but when I think of new beginnings I think of a sun rise and a new day so for  this  card I used the Hero Arts Basic Grey collaboration called Sunshine.

I used the butterfly stamp and created a background by stamping it with different colors.  I also used the Sunshine banner and cut it out and added it to the card. I also added the Hero Hues pearls and gems to the Hero arts cream adhesive lace for a nice added touch.

Today is a New Day

Hello everyone,  It's my turn to host on the a2z Scrapbooking blog. I'm sharing my card I made with the June challenge of "New Beginnings" in mind.  For my card I used the Hero Arts Notes and Dates digital download. which is  available in a2z Scrapbooking Supplies.  Everything I needed to make this card was in the kit.  I just added the background paper and the fun arrow brads. It came together pretty quickly.

I love this set because it is very versatile. You can use it for so many different things. For the Background of the card I used vellum and stamped the stars on to it to give it a subtle effect.
